Payment and Cancellation

  • The rental fee includes setup and takedown of the inflatable equipment. Additional fees may apply for delivery outside Simi Valley, cleaning, damage, or extra rental time.

  • Yes, 50% of the rental fee is due to secure your reservation, and $200 of that amount is considered your deposit.

  • Yes, you can cancel your reservation. To receive a refund minus the $200 deposit and processing fees, you must provide written notification at least seven days before the event. Cancellations after this period will result in a credit for future use within one calendar year.

  • If weather conditions are deemed unsafe for the equipment or participants, we reserve the right to cancel the outdoor event. You will be contacted prior to delivery. If the event is canceled due to unsafe weather, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit minus the processing fee.

General Information

  • You can book a rental on our website. Rental rate will update based on the duration of your rental. To secure your rental, 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking, with $200 of that amount considered your deposit.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. Full payment is due 14 days before your event.

  • Delivery fees are included within a certain radius of our location. Additional delivery charges may apply for locations outside this radius. Please contact us for specific delivery rates.

Setup and Safety

  • Our inflatables can be set up on level surfaces such as grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, cement, pavers, and sports courts. We do not permit setup on gravel, rocks, dirt, or uneven surfaces.

  • Ensure the setup area is level, clear of obstructions, and free from sharp objects or debris. Please cut the lawn and remove pet waste. Turn off automatic sprinklers, and ensure a clear, safe path for our staff to transport the inflatable to the setup location.

  • If the blower stops working, ensure all participants exit the inflatable calmly and check for any obstructions or disconnected tubes. If the issue persists, turn off the blower, wait 1-2 minutes, and restart it. Contact us immediately if the problem continues.

  • Safety is our top priority. Adult supervision is required at all times. Participants must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and sharp objects before entering. No food, drinks, or sticky substances are allowed in or around the unit. Please refer to the rental contract for a complete list of safety rules.

  • If weather conditions worsen during your event, ensure all participants exit the inflatable and deflate it if necessary. Please follow our weather policy and contact us for guidance on rescheduling or refunds.

  • As the lessee, you are responsible for any damage or excessive dirtiness to the equipment. Damage fees range from $100 to $300 for cleaning, $400 to $600 for repairs, and $2000 to $3000 for unrepairable or stolen units. Lost or damaged accessories range from $75 to $300.

  • The lessee is responsible for supervising the inflatable and ensuring all participants follow the safety rules. Adult supervision is required at all times.

  • If you encounter any issues with the inflatable during the rental period, please contact us immediately. We will provide assistance and address any concerns to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • Yes, you can extend your rental period if the equipment is available. Additional fees will apply. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an extension.

  • We handle the delivery, setup, and takedown of the inflatables. Please ensure the area is clear, level, and free of obstructions. If you need to deflate the unit before pickup, please re-inflate it before our staff arrives. Any movement of the unit after setup may incur additional fees.

  • Yes, we have several restrictions to ensure safety and prevent damage. No climbing, hanging, or pulling on the sides, tops, or backs of the unit. No sticky substances, food, drinks, or sharp objects in or around the unit. No smoking or BBQs near the inflatables. Please review the full list of rules in the rental contract.

Bubble House Specific

  • Yes, the Bubble House must be set up in a shaded area to prevent overheating and damage. If the setup area does not have adequate shade with a clearance of at least 11 feet, we will not be able to proceed without additional shading provided by the customer or the customer's acceptance of risk.

  • If we arrive and the setup area does not have shade with at least 11 feet of clearance, we will require the customer to provide additional shade or accept the risk of potential damage. In such cases, we will request a credit card authorization hold of $1,000 to cover possible damages.

  • The industry standard is a 3-hour minimum rental, with an average cost of $595. We offer a 2-hour option at two-thirds of our regular cost to accommodate clients with younger children who may not need the full 3 hours.

    • Flooring:

      • Bounce Bubble: Features a bounce floor, allowing children to jump and play.

      • Standard Bubble House: Has a flat vinyl floor.

    • Price:
      The Bounce Bubble rental rate is $100 more than the standard Bubble House for each rental duration.

  • For safety reasons, any balloons that pop inside the Bubble House must be immediately removed to prevent choking hazards and maintain a safe environment for all participants.

  • You can decorate the Bubble House, but please use non-metallic balloons and avoid sharp objects. Always promptly remove any popped balloons. Avoid using tape or adhesives that may damage the Bubble House's surface.

  • Ensure adult supervision at all times. Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and sharp objects before entering. Avoid overcrowding and ensure participants are of similar age and size. Follow all posted safety rules and guidelines provided in the rental agreement.

  • The Bubble House can accommodate 4-5 children or 3-4 adults at a time. Always ensure proper supervision and do not exceed the recommended capacity to maintain safety.

  • The Bubble House requires a level surface for setup, such as grass, turf, concrete, or asphalt. It cannot be set up on gravel, rocks, dirt, or uneven surfaces. Please ensure the area is clear of debris and sharp objects.

  • The Bubble House is suitable for children and adults, but we recommend supervising younger children closely. Ensure participants are of a similar age and size to prevent injuries.

  • Yes, the Bubble House can be set up indoors if there is sufficient space and a level surface. Ensure the area has adequate ceiling height and is free of obstructions.

  • If weather conditions become unsafe, such as high winds or heavy rain, deflate the Bubble House and ensure all participants exit safely. Contact us for guidance on rescheduling or other safety measures.

  • If the Bubble House begins to deflate, ensure all participants exit calmly. Check for any disconnected tubes or obstructions. Restart the blower after a brief pause. If the issue persists, contact us immediately for assistance.

  • If the Bubble House is damaged, repair costs can range from $300 to $900. If it needs to be replaced, the cost ranges from $1,000 to $1,500. We will place a credit card authorization hold of $1,000 if the customer accepts the risk of setting up the Bubble House without adequate shade.
